Independent sourcing role

We provide requirement organization, supplier outreach and quotation-comparison support for business buyers. We are not a manufacturer, seller, distributor, authorized representative, testing laboratory, healthcare provider or agent with authority to bind a supplier.

Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for lawful and complete requirements, selection decisions, professional review, contracts, payment, import obligations and acceptance criteria. Product suitability, health-related decisions and applicable regulatory requirements must be assessed by qualified parties you appoint.

Supplier information

Specifications, samples, documents, availability, price, minimum order quantity and delivery terms remain supplier statements until independently verified and accepted in a final agreement. Public references are used only to frame questions.

Sourcing support

Any FREE sourcing support and support stated as up to 3% is subject to eligibility for qualified business buyers after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed. It is not a promised discount, price reduction or supplier commitment and is displayed for no more than seven days from first display.
