Our role
We are an independent sourcing service for business buyers, not a manufacturer, seller, product owner, authorized representative, testing laboratory or healthcare provider. We organize requirements and compare supplier responses while the buyer retains final approval.
The buyer defines the intended channel, chair environment, mechanism, target body area, dimensions, controls, upholstery, power, acceptable alternatives and the evidence needed for its own review. We can turn that material into a structured sourcing brief and a consistent set of supplier questions.
The buyer states quantity by variant and unit, US destination, timing, packaging, sample purpose and optional budget basis. We can normalize replies, while the buyer approves configuration, supplier, evidence sufficiency, contracts, payment and acceptance criteria.
Buyer-provided specifications, source-linked product-family references and written supplier replies stay visibly separate. This makes it possible to compare proposed mechanisms, dimensions, pack contents, documents and commercial terms without treating borrowed information as our own claim.
Any unanswered attribute, unrelated certificate, missing sample, ambiguous pack unit or excluded delivery charge remains open. Suitability, health-related language, regulatory obligations and professional decisions belong to the buyer and qualified parties it appoints.
