Supplier matching and quote normalization
We translate your intended chair use, mechanism, dimensions, controls, upholstery, quantity and evidence needs into consistent questions for candidate factories.
We coordinate the buyer brief and compare written replies. Suppliers remain responsible for their proposed models and commercial terms; the business buyer makes every final approval.
State chair format, target body area, massage mechanism, dimensions, upholstery, heat request, intensity or speed controls, timer, power input, US plug and acceptable alternatives. Treat every attribute as requested until the proposed factory model is confirmed.
List quantity by piece, set or variant; retail pack and master-carton expectations; US destination; desired timing; sample purpose; exact-model files; optional budget currency and whether it applies per unit or to the whole order.
Buyer-supplied requirements, clearly cited product-family references and supplier replies can be placed in separate columns. Quotations become comparable only after model, included components, unit basis, currency, destination and delivery terms are aligned.
Missing dimensions, unclear chair compatibility, unspecified control ranges, unrelated documents, sample differences or excluded accessories stay open. We do not convert a reference page or a supplier assertion into inventory, certification, authorization or suitability evidence.
